This label came attached to the small ear-ring.
The group debuted in The Fantastic Four #1 (Nov. 1961), which helped to usher in a new level of realism in the medium. The Fantastic Four were the first superhero team created by writer-editor Stan Lee and artist/co-plotter Jack Kirby.

Note the Thing in a helmet and the logo, but also note the bar code space, which Marvel had, for direct sales only (comic shops), little logo's printed - Planet had this "30 Years : X-Men" made into a pin.
Fantastic Four Special Edition
This series of four symbols were made in 1995. I have seen at least one of the pins (Human Torch) sold in its wrapping, as individual pins. The Planet Studio's Marvel Inventory lists these as:
1015 fantastic four torch logo
1015B fantastic four pin set
1016 fantastic four thing logo
1017 fantastic four invisible woman logo
1018 fantastic four Mr. fantastic logo
I suspect these FF symbols were taken off from the animated series from 1994-1996. Also check out the Thing - same style as the blister pack M118 Thing?
